TESSA was formed for the advancement of education, the relief of poverty, sickness, and distress, the promotion of good health, capacity building and the provision of facilities for recreation and leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare with The Objective of improving the conditions of Life among the Sub-Saharan community in the UK and World-Wide.
